OVERVIEW
Temporary position located in Washington, Iowa.  The Accounts Payable Clerk performs data entry of information to maintain database through Macola software.  This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.  The Clerk will compile, maintain, and proof material entered as required and generate data reports as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answers phones and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures
• Contact vendors with discrepancies with delivery, quantities, or billing.
• Key invoices into computer software.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
• Distributes signed checks as required.
• Assists in monthly closings for Accounts Payable.
• Performs filing and coping.
• Assisting with other items within the procurement department.
• Follow all company safety policies/rules.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficient in data entry and typing skills.

OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity located at an industrial facility in Mt Pleasant.   This position is responsible for all plant maintenance and special projects throughout the shift, and ensures smooth and efficient production operation during the shift. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides maintenance resource to the entire plant
• Utilizes equipment manuals, analytic skills and test equipment to identify which of the following is the root-cause for an equipment problem:  Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and/or Pneumatic
• Disassemble and repair hydraulic and pneumatic valves and cylinders
• Assist in tooling changeovers as required
• Starts/Stops all equipment, identifies machine cycle and sequence of operation as required
• Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment, with limited support
• Uses hand tools, measurement devices (micrometers, calipers, etc) and shop equipment to repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Drives forklift truck equipment
• Performs training and related job duties as assigned
• Provides Electrician/Machinist resource to the entire plant
• Organizes, controls inventory for electrical/tooling parts and maintains records
• Improves and maintains plant equipment
• Read hydraulic and pneumatic prints with demonstrated comprehension
• Leads/performs troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Develop written procedures and instructions as necessary
• Maintain work orders in IQMS
• Monitor maintenance activities to minimize downtime

Long term/Temp to hire assignment working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.  The Added Value Specialist will be responsible for leading a small crew of operators in one or more aspects of the finishing assembly of rubber hoses. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Machine set up, verifying date codes, verifying components, comparing final product to client specifications, packaging hose according to specification, preparing samples for testing, communicating quality and/or safety issues, line-clearance and keeping hourly count of pieces produced per station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor product being produced by Injection Molding presses to insure parts are being produced to meet our customer’s requirements
• Read and show good comprehension of Lomont’s Quality and Operator Procedures and requirements
• Visually inspect product per established inspection criteria and operator instructions found in the items (BOM) standard
• Perform any secondary work that may be required to finish the item/part(s) before packaging
• Package and count parts as defined in the packing instructions
• Communicate all quality issues or concerns to the Shift Supervisor and/or Team Leader as soon as a concern or question develops
• Good housekeeping – maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures

• Must be able to lift 35 pound boxes to chest height multiple times per hour
