JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assembly of hydraulic jack assemblies.

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 5AM – 3:30PM
• 50 hour work week with overtime pay after 40 hours

Print Technician

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
  • Will assist in housekeeping when the print operation is down for change over, allowing for a safe work area
  • Will inspect containers for quality defects before printing and after printing, have the ability to stop the press or equipment when a malfunction occurs
  • Will follow Plant and Department safe practices including bending, lifting and housekeeping
  • Will sign or initial each proper tray pack label for shipping
  • Will work with the Lead Printer to understand the customer order; type of product to be printed on, quantity of printed product and the quality criteria of the print to be placed on each piece
  • Understand the stack and quantity per tray, the direction of the product stack on the tray:  openings up or down, handles turned in and proper labeling
  • Know how to properly place container onto the mandrel to avoid damaging the product or equipment
  • Will not allow containers to back up in the dryer
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Must be able to keep-up with the fast-paced production cycles.
  • Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail
  • Able to tolerate constant repetition.
  • Some workstations may require sitting or standing for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to frequently lift, bend, and reach to perform necessary job functions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Must be able to identify alpha / numeric product codes
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday and over-time

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Previous printing experience a plus but not required
  • Being able to read, write and communicate in English would be a plus

Machine Operator - Tipton

Position Summary
Machine operators make sure their machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic quality checks on output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Follow written and verbal instruction.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Feed raw material or parts to machines and assure that they are properly clamped in place.
· Monitor equipment to assure proper function throughout the process.
· Monitor the process to assure that the finished products meet the quality and quantity constraints of the company.
· Control and adjust machine settings.
· Read blueprints for pertinent information.
· Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
· De-burr, clean and package parts to required standards.
· Trouble shoot machine and/or process issues.
· Report to Supervisor(s) or Team Leads keeping them updated on production activities and progress.

· Work alongside other employees with the common goal to improve performance and reliability of the process.

Temporary HelpDesk Technician

A Local Utility Company has an immediate opening for a qualified HelpDesk Representative.  This position will be a temporary 1-year assignment lasting until October 2024. This position will work 3 – 10 hour days.

Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot customer issues with Communications Utility products and services (email, Internet, TV), promoting communications services.
• Using the approved communications model to ensure customers are handled efficiently and with respect, respond to customer telephone calls and emails as they relate to services and products provided by the Utility:
• Answer questions and perform business relating to all utilities, including, but not limited to residential applications for service, rates, promotions, policies, and service rules.
• Promote the use of and sell communication services to customers.
• Create service orders for field personnel based on customer needs, calling out personnel depending on the situation.
• Accept payments over the phone and accurately enter the transactions.
• In conjunction with Trafficking Specialist, test all communications equipment as it is returned from the customers location.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, notifying the appropriate department of the issue.
• Interact with other technical areas of the Utility to address customer concerns or identified problems with the network.
• Back up Customer Services Representatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours/Pay
• 8a-6:30p (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• $15.00/hr.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree with an emphasis in technical training/coursework related to networking or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, prior helpdesk experience preferred.
• Familiar with a variety of computer software/hardware applications along with a basic understanding of TCP/IP and associated network components as they relate to Internet connectivity.
• Knowledge, or ability to obtain knowledge, of electric, water, garbage, sewer, cable, and Internet products, services, policies and rate structure.

Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for documenting troubleshooting efforts on behalf of a customer.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with ability to build productive professional relationships and promote a team atmosphere.
• Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel at an intermediate skill level.

Inspection Operator

OVERVIEW

Local employer is looking for a full time Inspection/FIG (Flow In Gasket) Operator to fill a temp to hire position. Pay starts at $18.50-$24.50/hr.

The FIG/Secondary Operator ensures quality products are being produced and the equipment is being operated per the approved processes.  To assure that all lids are installed with gaskets, caps, plugs or labels per customer specifications and are being manufactured and packaged according to companies quality standards in a safe and efficient manner.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up the equipment to match customer order specifications and ensure production schedules are met timely.
  • Promptly correct machinery malfunctions
  • Oversees the starting and stopping of the equipment, housekeeping, cleaning of equipment and quality control of product produced.
  • Performs necessary adjustments to the process to ensure acceptable product.
  • Will notify the manager of production, scrap and fill out any documentation and production reports.
  • Manual installation of plugs/caps.
  • Validate gasket installation with validating machine.
  • Apply screw caps with torque unit.
  • Install caps/plugs using cap installation machine.
  • Visually inspect lids.
  • Prepare proper product identification and/or packaging labels.
  • Maintain, clean and organize assigned work area.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Mechanical aptitude, ability to work with hand tools.                      
  • Ability to use common measuring tools.
  • Able to work around chemicals.                                                     
  • Must be able to calculate using general math.

• Handles daily cleaning tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc.
• Empties trash and scrubs floors (using a scrubber).
• Compacts and bails cardboard and plastic wrap.
• Participates in special projects as assigned. (i.e. painting, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• The warehouse environment can be dusty, dry, and humid, with temperature ranges between 40 - 90 degrees. Some odors might be present dependent upon the product in storage. Food allergens may be present in the warehouse.
• This position may be subject to outside conditions, including cold, extreme heat, wet and/or humid conditions.
