Airport Grounds & Facility Maintenance/Attendant/Part time

OVERVIEW
Admissions representatives interact with prospective students to a school, providing them with information, guiding the application process, and even evaluating students. Admissions representatives must be knowledgeable about the school, academic programs, financial aid, and other relevant topics in order to answer questions and find students who are a good fit. They may conduct interviews, visit high schools or college fairs, answer phones in the admissions office and use technology to keep track of admissions data.  Part time, about 27 hours per week.   Must be able to work some weekends. 

JOB DUTIES:
Is responsible for aircraft parking, aircraft fueling and aircraft moving, cleaning airport terminal and hangar facilities, airport grounds mowing, snow removal and assist in the maintenance for all airport buildings and equipment. Comply with the policies and regulations of the Airport Manager, Airport Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, Iowa Department of Transportation, City of Clinton and Fuel Suppliers.  Advise the Airport Manager on airport matters through written and oral reports. Operate fuel trucks, snow plows, mowing equipment and other equipment used at the airport.      

QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work closely with, customers, volunteers and members of the public. Self-starter that needs to see and complete tasks, willing to learn to operate all equipment to complete the necessary tasks such as Point of Sale equipment, fuel trucks, mowers, tractors, snow removal and other equipment used in airport operations.  Have oral and written communication skills.

REPORTS TO: Airport Manager

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bank Teller - 30 hours per week

Tellers are responsible for handling money accurately while providing stellar customer service. Bank tellers need to be able to process large sums accurately and quickly. These transactions include, but are not limited to, cashing checks, depositing money, and collecting loan payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Count the cash in their drawer at the start of their shift
• Accept checks, cash, and other forms of payment from customers
• Answer questions from customers about their accounts
• Prepare specialized types of funds, such as traveler’s checks, savings bonds, and money orders
• Exchange dollars for foreign currency
• Order bank cards and checks for customers
• Record all transactions electronically throughout their shift
• Count the cash in their drawer at the end of their shift and make sure the amounts balance

Prepares and serves all meals for patients/residents according to prescribed diets, adhering to state and
federal regulations. Facilitates meal preparation using a variety of menus for patient/resident, staff and retail operations. Supports, facilitates and participates in the elder-focused social model of care when working in a long-term care facility. The Food Production Worker provides services for all age groups.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Minimizes food cost waste and spoilage.

• Assists with patient care by providing food appropriate to each individual's diet.

• Provides services in the cafeteria representing the organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Measures and mixes ingredients according to approved recipes and methods using blenders, mixers, grinder, slicers, knives, etc.
• Maintains clean equipment and work area. Follows schedules for cleaning equipment and notifies leadership of equipment operating problems. Observes infection control practices at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school education or equivalent is preferred. Practical experience in healthcare setting is desired.  One-year of experience is preferred. Must be able to calculate and prepare diets accurately from standardized recipes for patients/residents and staff. Maintains an excellent working relationship within the department and with all of our internal and external customers. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Overview:
This position provides technical expertise to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of chain and auger engineering processes at the Fulton, IL site.  This includes CAD Drafting, Solid Modeling, Bills of Material, Routings, and other ERP functions for the engineering and manufacturing process at our chain and auger plant.

Essential Job Duties:
• CAD Drafting - provides timely and error-free drawings used by our associates to manufacture augers and chains in the plant.
• Solid Modeling - Must be proficient in the use of solid modeling software in order to properly design and draw our products.
• STANDARDS/PROCEDURES - adheres to and develops plant standards and technical documentation in order to ensure that all process activities are in alignment with engineering requirements and quality standards.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT - utilizes appropriate tools/methodologies to plan resources and ensure timely completion.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - provides technical support for manufacturing CI projects to increase throughput, improve quality/process capability, reduce costs, enhance safety, etc.

Technical/Functional Skills Required:
