Appliance Store Manager oversees the daily operations of an appliance store, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring the smooth flow of all store operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve targets.

Ensuring a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Overseeing the organization, storage, and deliveries of inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Hiring, training, and supervising sales associates, and other staff members.

Implementing and maintaining procedures for efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional plans and strategies to drive sales.

Managing budgets, expenditures, and ensuring profitability.

Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including ensuring a clean and organized environment.
