OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Helper in Durant, Iowa. In this role, you will help drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and strengthen customer relationships through effective pricing, timely quoting, and accurate order entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate pricing with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining a competitive position in the market.
• Prepare accurate and timely price quotes based on customer needs, product specifications, and market conditions.
• Enter customer orders accurately and ensure expectations for pricing, delivery, and fulfillment are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments to review pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, and internal processes.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions and provide pricing recommendations to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and dependable follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing practices, order accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.
• Support the development and achievement of sales goals, strategies, and profitability targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new business systems.
• Previous experience in inside sales, pricing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

JOB TYPE

• $22-$25/hr.
• Monday- Friday
• 7:30am- 4pm
