OVERVIEW
Durant area company in need of assemblers. These positions could lead to temp-to-hire opportunities. Assemblers are expected to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while following established procedures, rotating between workstations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Assemble or repackage small consumer ventilation products.
• Maintain established production, quality, safety, and attendance standards,
• Perform rework on products. (inspect for defects, repair or replace defectives, report daily quantities).
   

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehension of the product line, components, and packaging.
• Commitment to maintaining established production, quality, safety, and attendance standards while working independently and as part of a team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ethical conduct and integrity.
• Teamwork.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to follow verbal, written, and/or graphical instructions.
• Ability to work standing or seated for the duration of the work day.
• Ability to listen for audible annunciations.
• Ability to watch for visible annunciations.
• Repetitive lifting or stacking/unstacking of cartons and pallets up to 45 Ibs.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Honesty, reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
   

Hours:
1^st shift: Monday-Friday (8 am – 4:30 pm)

Wage:
$13
