OVERVIEW
Dispatcher will communicate vital information, such as customer orders/needs, service requests, and prioritize emergency needs all while working for a company that their employees matter to them.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Dispatching service calls: Matching service calls with technicians based on their technical expertise

Customer service: Keeping customers informed of the technician's progress, and providing detailed and accurate information

Customer files: Maintaining customer files in a database, and keeping hard copies of customer files and billing
-
Scheduling: Scheduling service appointments, return trips with customers, and maintaining the on-call schedule for service technicians
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Answering phones

A positive and friendly attitude when speaking with customers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
WORK HOURS/SHIFT

Monday to Friday (1st Shift)
WAGE

$18.50-20.00 per hr. depending on skills/experience
