Front Office Manager to oversee daily operators and provide administrative support to other staff personnel. Ideal candidates will ensure efficient office functions and exceptional customer service. Prefer 1-3 years office/customer service experience with a college degree.

Duties

  • Manage front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Collaborate with staff to support various projects and initiatives
  • Represents company to applicants, employees, customers and community

Skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications

Full time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
