Front Office Manager to oversee daily operators and provide administrative support to other staff personnel. Ideal candidates will ensure efficient office functions and exceptional customer service. Prefer 1-3 years office/customer service experience with a college degree.
Duties

Manage front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately

Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Collaborate with staff to support various projects and initiatives

Represents company to applicants, employees, customers and community
Skills

Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems

Computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications
Full time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
