Appliance Store Manager oversees the daily operations of an appliance store, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring the smooth flow of all store operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve targets. 
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. 
  • Overseeing the organization, storage, and deliveries of inventory, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Hiring, training, and supervising sales associates, and other staff members. 
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures for efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional plans and strategies to drive sales. 
  • Managing budgets, expenditures, and ensuring profitability. 
  • Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms. 
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including ensuring a clean and organized environment. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of appliance products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.

WAGE

  • Starting at $65,000+ annually, DOE
