OVERVIEW
Full-time Temp-to-Hire job opportunity.  This job places you in a tool room as a premier manufacturer.  You will be responsible for disassembly/assembly of molds, mold cleaning, and change overs.  Minimal machining is involved with this position.  You must be willing to work overtime as you will work on average 45 hours per week. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Disassemble and assemble molds
• Mold Cleaning
• Assisting with machine change overs
• Minimal machine operation

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Mechanically inclined
• Self motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mathematical aptitude
• Dependable and reliable and willing to work overtime
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time as well as stoop/bend as required
• Ability to lift up to 60+ pounds is required occasionally
• Ability to work with your hands
• Strong hand/eye coordination

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or tool room environment is not required but is certainly a plus

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 1st shift 8 am – 4 pm (working approximately 45 hours per week)

WAGE
• $11/hr. starting  wage.  Those with direct experience working in a tool room may be eligible for a higher starting wage.

OVERVIEW
Job opportunity in Mt Pleasant working for a plastics manufacturing facility working as a machine operator in plastic extrusion. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate the extruder machinery as per the instructions of the factory manager
• Maintain the efficiency of the equipment by continuously repairing and cleaning the equipment.
• Set up dies, heating coils, press tools, and hand tools within the extrusion machinery and make certain the configuration matches the expected product specifications.

Machine Adjuster (Mt Pleasant)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Changes the machine from one style/size envelope to the other style/size with the least amount of downtime
• Sets the minimum and maximum speeds on all folding and attachment equipment maintaining optimum speed for each job
• Maintains the quality of the product being manufactured
• Seeks appropriate approval on every job that is manufactured on the equipment
• Gathers all of the necessary parts/attachments for the machine prior to the time of a machine change where it is practical to reduce downtime
• Keeps accurate records of repair work/changes
• Observes the machine to identify any visible signs of parts wearing out
• Observes all safety rules/regulations

This is a long term employment opportunity with the potential to convert to permanent placement.    This job does require steel toed boots/shoes and you will be working in a cold work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Moving product from staging area to loading area per work orders.  Must be able and willing to work in a cold environment
• Follow proper handling procedure of the goods
• Responsible for conducting regular inspection of the forklift to ensure its safety and ability of performing operations
• Verifying the loaded material with the order that is provided
