OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire employment opportunity.    This job does require steel toed boots/shoes and you will be working in a cold work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Moving and palletizing product as it is transferred from one build to another via a conveyor system.  Must be able and willing to work in a cold environment
• Loading product onto transportation vehicles and often lifting 40 – 60 lbs.
• Follow proper handling procedure of the goods

Long term assignment with great opportunity for Temp-to-Hire.  Job opportunity in Mt. Pleasant within a plastics manufacturing facility.  Perfect attendance is required for the 1st 30 days to continue this long term assignment and be considered for full-time employment. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate the extruder machinery as per the instructions of the factory manager
• Maintain the efficiency of the equipment by continuously repairing and cleaning the equipment.
• Set up dies, heating coils, press tools, and hand tools within the extrusion machinery and make certain the configuration matches the expected product specifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welds components and assemblies using  welding equipment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fill all gum bottles, seal gum & patch gum
• Open rolls of paper at each machine, check production sheet before opening to make sure more paper is needed for the current job running & correct size
• Cut rolls off cores when pulled from roll stands
• Understand the colors on the job tickets, and then assist the adjuster(s) in getting buckets of ink from the ink station.  Check ink levels and fill when needed
• Keep jugs of water / maintenance solution filled and ready at machine
• Clean printer pans when needed
• Keep area around printers clean / wipe when needed
• Change rolls of paper, learn how to change rolls on all High Speed Machines
• Change/Check plastine rolls, learn how to change on all High Speed Machines
• Give operator breaks: 7:30-9:30-11:30(lunch) 1:30-3:30
• Check quality at machines
• Bring empty pallets to the floor when needed
• Pull completed pallets with finished goods to staging area
• Pull full gaylords to the back and replace with empty
• Sweep Floors / dump trash

Fast paced job opportunity at Hearth & Home Technologies working in production constructing sub-assemblies, assemblies, and/or finished products. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use small hand tools or light powered tools to construct assemblies and products
