OVERVIEW
This is a long term part time assignment of at a local church.  This position will require you sweep, mop, and clean a variety of areas.  You need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean office areas and break rooms
• Light maintenance or mechanical duties

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to bend, walk, push, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday Approximately 20 hours per week. Evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Concrete Production Workers

General laborers operate a variety of equipment and perform all types of construction and maintenance related work in the manufacturing and production process of concrete products. This is a long term employment opportunity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products
• Places steel reinforcing in forms in the manufacturing production process
• Places concrete into forms
• Tears down forms after the concrete is cured
• Cleans and lubricates forms to be used in the manufacturing production process
• Places covers and positions steam lines for curing process

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to follow the all  safety practices
• Ability to work with/around light, medium and heavy equipment
• Ability to work with construction/concrete equipment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Concrete and/or construction experience highly preferred

Packaging Line Workers- Multiple Openings!

OVERVIEW
This is a multifunctional position working on any of the plant packaging lines as assigned and rotating through the various work station on the line throughout the day/shift. Performs all assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner in order to meet Company standards for continuous quality while consistently attaining daily productivity goals.  These positions are located in Grundy Center, Iowa. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Performs various work stations including, but not limited to; bottle unloading, feeding case erector, hand case packing or various inspection points.
• Follow supervisor’s direction while taking an active role and efficiently and effectively execute them as necessary throughout the production schedule.
• Be knowledgeable of daily routines for set-up and start-up.
• Attend company sponsored training and informational meetings when scheduled
• Must be responsible for safety and quality.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be able to stand for 80-90% of the workday.
• Must be able to ascend and descend safety ladders regularly during your shift.
• Lifting up to 30 lbs. (20-40% of the workday) 
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment including, but not limited to; eye protection, hearing protection, and have proper hygiene for safe food practices
• Must be able to lift product or materials up to 30 lbs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High school diploma
• Complete company pre-employment screenings

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
Various hours including a day and night shift.

WAGE
$10 per hour including a shift differential of $10.75 for night shift.

Production Worker

OVERVIEW
Perform a variety of factory production tasks including but not limited to: various machine operations, assembly of products, spot welding, shearing, painting, insulation, packaging, shipping, material handling, etc. Workers will be willing to work in all areas of production as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma or GED highly preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday

WAGE
$9.00 per hour starting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Moving product from staging area to loading area per work orders
• Follow proper handling procedure of the goods
• Responsible for conducting regular inspection of the forklift to ensure its safety and ability of performing operations
• Verifying the loaded material with the order that is provided
• Coordinating work with the warehouse staff and efficiently carrying out the orders of the supervisor
